We aim to prepare and ship orders promptly within 3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS and marked as fragile to ensure a safe and reliable delivery. Actual shipping time is dependent on USPS services

Currently, Uroha does not support international shipping. We only ship to locations within the United States

Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the personalized care taken with each order, we do not accept returns at this time

However, if you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt for an exchange. The order you wish to exchange must be returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and without any damage when we receive it. Failure to meet our exchange policy may result in us being unable to process the exchange, unfortunately

To initiate an exchange, kindly fill out the form here with your order number included in the message. We will then send a shipping label to the email address on file. Once we receive the order you have sent, we will asses the package for damages, then promptly process the exchange and send you the correct item
